Key Expectations:

As a Sales Executive at Bridge, you'll develop revenue for the company by demonstrating high-performing sales behaviors to successfully drive the growth of the Bridge strategic sales priorities: Win new logo opportunities and win bigger opportunities by cross-selling all of the Bridge product offers.

  • You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team's lead generation and your own outbound strategy to qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining net-new relationships with key decision-makers at your target accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and qualify new leads by researching and identifying personas that care
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Prepare, schedule, and conduct needs discovery meetings with potential customers
  • Skilled at negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at net-new target accounts
  • Continuously educate themselves on the Bridge features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products and or services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce.
  • Report out weekly to sales management on project, business and relationship status.
  • Partner with an Account Manager to transition closed-won accounts into their care.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of the Learning and Performance industry business objectivesand challenges
  • Excellent virtual and in-person communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Prospecting and qualification skills
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and virtual

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 3 plus years full cycle outside sales experience or similar, preferably with an understanding of people management needs.
  • Experience closing deals of $50K+
  • Met or exceeded sales targets in a previous role
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with sales prospecting and lead-generation tools
