Key responsibilities and challenges |

Lead and direct all maintenance, engineering, and repair activities for assigned shift, ensuring all procedures are completed safely and within established guidelines, and ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are documented. |

Develop, deliver, and document appropriate technical training to technicians and other personnel as determined by Site Leader or other manager, including testing and certification. |

Develop and accurately maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all site systems assigned in accordance with contractual requirements, customer and company directives, and proscribed maintenance practices for specific equipment. |
