We are in search of an exceptional Locum Tenens Business Development Manager to add to our growing team.

Locum Tenens Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities focus on gaining new business with hospitals, clinics, etc.
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Develop sales leads utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience – must include minimum 1 year Locum sales experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
• Ability to set and surpass goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
