LMI seeks a skilled Program Support Management Lead to support a CBP PMO in the National Capital Region. Responsibilities
    Serve as the team lead in support of coordinating actions and efforts.
  • Provide strong managerial experience organizing, planning, directing and managing staff
  • Assist the program manager in providing required team leadership, guidance, and program management vision
  • Assist in providing overall supervision of personnel in various task areas;
    • Administrative Support
    • Communication Support
    • Data Analysis Support
    • Executive Assistance Support
    • General Office Support
  • Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders across multiple agencies
  • Consult with senior leadership as needed in support of the MSD day to day operations.
Qualifications
  • Ten (10) years of progressive, relevant experience, in Business Administration or government settings
  • Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet, database, and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training and professional development training.
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • An active CBP Background Investigation is required.
