We are hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Applied Automation division.

What you'll do:

In this role you will be a key figure in making sure that our sales process is handled correctly, and we will always have a solution on hand to help solve our customers problems. Your day to day will include, but is not limited to the below:

  • Weekly meetings with customers to help find our what needs to be completed by the production team.
  • Order products based off customer need and feedback.
  • Monitor daily workload by working with our Product Manager
  • Research problems and questions related to scheduling with timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with our Buyers to achieve desired outputs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service Experience required
  • 1+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination a plus
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis in Microsoft Office and various ERP systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
