Purohit Navigation (PNAV), an innovative healthcare marketing and strategy consulting firm, has an excellent opportunity for a Strategic Planner. This role provides critical support to strategy and research projects and ensures exceptional deliverables for our clients. The planner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Strategic Planner is a remote-first position.
The Position
The successful candidate will:
Serve as a primary strategic point of contact for PNAV clients, providing guidance and client support on an ongoing basis
Support PNAV projects by developing and seeing through strategic solutions to business challenges faced by clients
Creatively embeds the client voice in developing thoughtful, persuasive and high-quality PNAV deliverables
Possess strong, untemplated problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability partnering with analytics colleagues on market research, analytics, and synthesis
Search out innovative ideas to meet client brand objectives
Identify and anticipate potential hurdles for client brands and prepare strategic solutions that account for them
Collaborate with the broader strategy team on the development of reports and presentations that clearly, concisely, and compellingly communicate marketing implications and recommendations to client satisfaction
Collaborate with client management team to inform brand and creative strategy/brief development
Support the design and facilitation of client workshops, strategy sessions and ad boards
Support the annual client brand planning process
Adhere to project responsibilities and timelines
Communicate issues or concerns to the appropriate team members in a timely and effective manner
Identify and recommend process and procedure improvements that may lead to revenue and profit enhancement
The Person
We are looking for a candidate who is smart, creative, and able to identify impactful key insights to inform solid and innovative strategy, while maintaining Purohit Navigation’s reputation for attention to detail and quality. The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, business or communications-related field or equivalent experience
Successful track record with 1-2 years’ experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, consulting, or marketing analytics
Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare brand marketing and promotional strategy
Strong PowerPoint skills/proficiency is essential
Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
Experience in sales analytics and/or financial modeling a plus
Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Advanced degree in marketing, market research, finance, science or related discipline
Working Environment
This position is performed in a remote-first and office environment
Required to work as necessary to meet responsibilities
Travel to client and conference sites in performance of duties is also required
Visits to client facilities that require COVID-19 vaccination may be necessary
Proof of vaccination may be required
