Job Description

Overview

Work with experts across the enterprise to identify and prioritize the development of new and existing technology products. Contribute to the technology product vision and delivery, feature prioritization, product operations, and ongoing product management. Partner with various business units and technology partners to evaluate and articulate new products' value/business propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing software with the Pega platform to support a large-scale IT system
  • Responsible for working on Pega development stories and tasks to completion with each sprint as part of an Agile delivery team that uses Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Participate in Epic, Story, Task identification, and elaboration activities and promote Pega capabilities to maximize feature utilization and deliver the most optimal product possible.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day oversight for assigned Navy Federal Credit Union (NFCU) systems in compliance with NFCU standards processes
  • Provide oversight and responsibility in following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating systems environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external controls, and output
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Design, implement, manage, and participate in ongoing development to support Pega product pipelines using Azure ADO and Pega
  • Support continuous integration, write code and scripts (e.g., build & deployment), create CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure, workflow, and testing
  • To code/integrate solutions of quality, standards, and design patterns within planned sprint timelines
  • Partner with solution architect(s), Business Analysts to deliver architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards
  • Identifies and resolves conflicts between proposed solutions and existing systems to ensure compatibility
  • Responsible for the implementation of systems/applications into test and production environments. Prepares implementation plans and change requests required for system migration
  • Leads the effort to provide technical support to customers during the software warranty period
  • Works directly with Technology Product Analysts to support the development of the project backlog, including daily Scrum meetings, user story refinement, and sprint management
  • Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues causing recurring technical problems quickly
  • Performs other duties as assigned and able to work independently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Graduation in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science
  • Hands-on experience and programming knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, primarily PEGA
  • Advanced hands-on experience/knowledge in Web Services, including WSDL; SOAP/XML-based web services, RESTful web services, XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSLT, Angular, jQuery
  • Must have Skill in one or more languages or technologies such as Java, .Net, C/C++, Python, and IOS. SQL
  • Experience implementing best practices in Pega design/coding
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management
  • Experience working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors development
  • Integrate and deploy solutions in Robot Manager and PEGA BPM platform, Pega Workflow, Pega Integrations, and Pega Support
  • Understanding IT and release/delivery using CICD pipelines and Azure AD
  • Have hands-on experience/knowledge in service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts
  • Hands-on experience and programming knowledge of SQL and MSSQL
  • Advanced experience/knowledge in systems, workflow, and procedural analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and organize tasks
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Practical skills in resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements
  • Practical Skill in using Microsoft Office suite: MS Word, MS Excel; MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint

Desired Qualifications

  • IT Industry Certifications in Scale Agile and PEGA Platform
  • Familiarity with the financial industry - knowledge of Real Estate Systems
