Corcentric has an enviable history that combines organic business growth with prescient, targeted acquisitions. Just in the last few years, we’ve added on significant, complementary capabilities by acquiring Source One, Netsend, and Determine. Whether venturing into new geographies, expanding our roster of offerings, or developing and enhancing exciting new software solutions, our DNA continues to be about providing a competitive advantage to our customers.

Our Story

Some years ago, Doug Clark, Corcentric’s Founder, Chairman, and CEO had an innovative idea: To enable customers to reduce the cost of doing business so they can invest in sustainable growth. That was in 1996, and the company was AmeriQuest.

Since then, we’ve continuously expanded and added new capabilities — most recently with the addition of source-to-pay pioneer Determine, electronic invoicing innovator Netsend, and leading sourcing and procurement advisory Source One. Our goal continues to be focusing our creative DNA on providing every competitive advantage possible by modernizing and transforming sourcing, spend, invoicing, payables, and cash flow processes to optimize how businesses purchase, pay, and get paid.
