About the role
We are looking for an experienced Debt Collection Attorney – Litigator to play a key role in our global collection strategy. As a Debt Collection Attorney - Litigator, you will take responsibility for legally obtaining payment from customers who have been uncooperative in paying what’s owed. This will involve representing IWG in court and providing guidance to a team of small claims, arbitration and paralegal debt collection specialists. In this role you will work closely together with the Global Director of In-House Collections, Country Managers, and our legal collection and support teams.
