- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced inventory and warehousing role (minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity), preferred
- Maintaining a clean, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, required
- Must be man-handling equipment certified or willing to attend certification training, required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must possess thorough understanding of calculating min/max levels for fast, medium, and slow-moving items
- Strong leadership characteristics, can mentor, coach, track performance, and delegate duties to a team
- Good verbal and written communication skill, can effectively interact with team members, managers, and personnel at all levels of the organization
- Must be a team player who can work well with others to improve work processes
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 Applications and able to quickly learn other work-related software
- Must be physically able to safely operate a company vehicle on various road types and in all weather conditions
- Must be physically able to safely climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must be physically able to withstand exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, minimal noise, and vibration
