As a National Service Sales Manager (NSSM), you will drive the sales performance of Motion Service in New Berlin, Wisconsin, specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will be working closely with regional sales directors and their respective sales teams. NSSM will be responsible for driving ABB Motor District Office (DO) and cross Motor and Generator (M&G) Business Unit (BU) growth through collaboration, planning, and execution of ABB US Motion Service strategy and its portfolio. You will lead and develop relationships with DO and M&G BU, own a consistence business planning and review process, work with Motion Service management to set individual annual sales targets for all DOs and global M&G BU. You will conduct or participate in DO/M&G BU cadence forecast reviews, business plan updates/KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reviews, and annual scorecard assessments. NSSM will help cultivate the DO and Regional Service Sales Manager (RSSM) to deliver expected service portfolio transactional and recurring revenue growth. This position will ensure DOs have the necessary technical and commercial supports, training, customer facing materials, that will enable them to successfully meet the assigned annual motion service portfolio growth targets.
