Description:

Markon is currently seeking a Requirements Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers to manage the requirements gathering process for a software development team.

Duties include:

  • Utilizing ServiceNow to gather requirements
  • Manage customer request queues. 
  • Coordinate with client to pinpoint requirement enhancements and defects to ServiceNow
  • Use customer requirements to create stories for the software development team.
  • Create reports and dashboard
  • Other duties may include: task board creation, data entry analysis and other miscellaneous activities using ServiceNow.
Job Requirements
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience creating user stories
  • Experience with data analytics and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization (consulting and leadership experience a plus)
