Description:
Markon is currently seeking a Requirements Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers to manage the requirements gathering process for a software development team.
Duties include:
- Utilizing ServiceNow to gather requirements
- Manage customer request queues.
- Coordinate with client to pinpoint requirement enhancements and defects to ServiceNow
- Use customer requirements to create stories for the software development team.
- Create reports and dashboard
- Other duties may include: task board creation, data entry analysis and other miscellaneous activities using ServiceNow.
